Enrique has more than two decades of banking experience with roles in retail, credit, and commercial lending. Enrique specializes in commercial real estate and investment real estate, along with industrial and residential construction encompassing all major property types.
He has earned a variety of awards and accolades over his professional career, including being named an Excellence in Finance Honoree and receiving a MoFi Lender of the Year award.
Education
Enrique attended California State University Long Beach. He also completed professional development programs in business leadership from UCLA School of Business Leadership and Dale Carnegie.

Enrique is well-versed in all forms of commercial real estate, industrial purchases, and construction. He is experienced with investment real estate, requesting credit, and implementing strategic business plans with customized solutions.
He is a leading voice in the areas of multi–cultural consumerism, marketing, small business, entrepreneurship, financing, small business access to capital, and the Hispanic electorate. His opinions have been sought after by leading media outlets.
Community
Enrique is a spokesperson for small business and entrepreneurship, recognized as one of Idaho’s most influential Hispanics for more than a decade, including receiving the prestigious Ohtli Award, the highest honor for a non-Mexican citizen, which recognizes individuals who have aided, empowered or positively affected the lives of Mexican nationals that reside abroad. He has also received service recognition from the Community Council of Idaho and Idaho Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and is a graduate of Leadership Nampa.
Currently, Enrique serves as chairman, president, and CEO of the Idaho Hispanic Foundation and as a planning and zoning commissioner for the City of Meridian. He is on the board of directors of the Nampa Chamber of Commerce and is serving as the incoming chair.
Downtime
During his downtime, Enrique enjoys traveling with his family, attending community events, and watching baseball (go Dodgers!) and F1 racing, and playing poker. He has participated in both the World Series of Poker and World Poker Tour.
