Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)

Northwest Bank is deeply invested in the communities where we live and work. Whether through in-kind donation of volunteer time or through direct financial support, our support is based on the belief that our success as a community bank depends on the well-being of our communities. At Northwest Bank, we value the opportunity to be a part of each community we serve.

In accordance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Regulation (Regulation BB, 12 CFR 25), Northwest Bank is required to maintain and, upon request, make available for public inspection a complete CRA Public File.

Under the Federal Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), every three years the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) Division of Depositor and Consumer Protection evaluates our record of helping to meet the credit needs of our communities, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods, consistent with safe and sound operations.

This evaluation is not, nor should it be considered as, an assessment of the financial condition of our institution. The rating assigned to us does not represent an analysis, conclusion, or opinion of the FDIC Division of Depositor and Consumer Protection concerning the safety and soundness of our financial institution.
